The Cadet Academy is Level 1 of the coaching path, for ages 6 to 12. The focus is gamified discovery, spatial intuition and reaction speed, on a rig capped at 5Nm.
What the child learns
The racing line, where to brake, how to be smooth with the wheel. Games keep it fun, and the data keeps it honest. A parent can see whether lap three was faster than lap one and why.
Where it leads
The target machinery for Cadet is karting. From there the Junior Academy (ages 13 to 18) adds applied physics and telemetry traces, aiming at Formula 4 and Formula Regional. Adults and professionals continue on the Pro and Prime tracks.
